Shipping and Payment Policies
The order will only be effective when meeting the following conditions:
Copyright
It is essential that the customer has the copyright for all pictures (s)he sends to us for printing. The full responsibility of possible violations of the copyright laws rests with the customer. Picturewall reserves the right to censor inappropriate contents of pictures and alternatively report cases to the police, if these violate Norwegian law.
Shipping
Shipments are made as soon as possible and within the production time of 1-2 work weeks. Should the delivery be delayed, Picturewall is committed to informing the customer of the delay within the 2 week production time guarantee. The customer can rightfully end the contract with Picturewall if the delivery time should exceed 30 days. Picturewall will not be held responsible for any further demands, for example in the case of pictures being damaged in transport.
Shipment and delivery
The processing of your order is initiated immediately after your payment has been executed successfully. We guarantee that your order is sent immediately at the end of production. The production time depends on the ordered products and may vary from 1 to 2 work weeks. All orders are sent by mail to the address stated by you in the payment process. The delivery time depends of each contires postal services, but normally this will be 1-2 days within Norway and 3-10 days abroad.
Pricing and payment
Prices stated on Picturewall.no are always updated, payment is executed through the internet shop using Visa or Mastercard. The processing of your order will not commence until the payment is successfully executed.

Reclamation
In order for reclamation to be considered, a written complaint in addition to the ordered products must be with Picturewall no later than 14 days after you received the finished product. Only technical faults, not matters of taste, are valid reasons for reclamation.
In the case of justified reclamation Picturewall is committed to a new delivery of the order, free of charge for the customer. If the fault upon which justified reclamation has been made is not improved after new delivery, the customer may rightfully end the contract with Picturewall. No further claims of discounts or payment of damaged products will be considered.
Responsibilites
The sole responsibility of Picturewall is based on the conditions as stated above. If a reimbursement in the case of damaged products in individual cases is applicable, this is limited to the material value of the product.
Privacy
The data collected is collected only to ensure right handeling and delivery of your order. Picturewall will under no circumstances distribute or give away any of your data. If you want us to delete your record just send us a mail.
